Snowbridge’s advisory approach is the most comprehensive in the industry, informed by years of advising clients.  It extends from fund formation and messaging/positioning through each investor solicitation.  

Our advisory practice combines the resources, experience and insight to identify and capture efficiencies in the fundraising process, which range from messaging to investor prioritization and logistics, each of which contributes to higher conversion rates of introductory meetings to fund subscriptions and reduced client time and resource requirements. We begin by rearticulating a client’s narrative in the vernacular of investors. We de-risk the marketing process by identifying the most attractive opportunities for building a client’s funding base. Client and investor interactions are orchestrated by seasoned partners who have developed relationships with investors and clients on the basis of their ability to add value.

Sharpening each client’s brand and further developing a client’s franchise affects investor perception, future deal flow and recruiting. We seek to perpetuate that development by providing a game plan for “off cycle” activities post final closing that lays the groundwork for a successor campaign on a larger scale and accelerated timeframe.
